A new spring workshop

Preparing Food, Working with Others, and Learning about Kitchen Tools are only part of This Dynamic Program.

Ms. Barbara Allen, a gourmet chef, teacher, and well-known for her dinner parties, will teach a 6 week class on CULINARY SMARTS.  Nutrition, the basic food groups, and self-reliance are only part of her hands-on lessons as students learn to cut, peel, and pare safely.  Students will receive their own cookbook at the end of the program.  We urge you to sign up quickly.
